A bit about Liz:

I am a Registered Dietitian, which mostly translates to being a foodie combined with medical nutrition therapy expertise. I was raised to love food from a young age as my family members would cook and share homemade meals together. My education background consists of earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Simmons University, completing the dietetic internship from Keene State College, earning a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management from Merrimack College, and a Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Also, I hold a Board Certification in Obesity and Weight Management.
